Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how AutoRoute LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, business details, appointment and routing information, customer contact details you enter, invitation email addresses, and waitlist or onboarding responses.

We also collect technical and usage information, such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from your device or IP address, log data, and interactions with the Services.

If you participate in our Affiliate Program, we also collect your name, contact information, payment destination details, tax identification information (including W-9 or W-8BEN data), and referral attribution data necessary to track and pay commissions.

SMS and phone numbers

If you provide a phone number or enable SMS notifications, AutoRoute LLC and businesses using AutoRoute may use that phone number and related mobile information to send transactional, service-related, account, customer support, and workflow text messages. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service request updates, quote and invoice links, customer portal access links, customer support information, business contact details, and operational alerts for business owners or team members.

Mobile information includes phone numbers, SMS opt-in and consent status, SMS delivery and opt-out status, message metadata, and the content of SMS messages sent through or received by the Services. If you send an inbound text to an AutoRoute-managed number, we may record that inbound message and send an automated response, such as a notice that the number is not monitored and instructions for contacting the applicable business directly.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and the notification settings selected by the business using AutoRoute. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, opt back in by replying START, and request help by replying HELP or contacting us.

We will not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with any third party or affiliate for marketing, promotional, lead generation, or advertising purposes. We do not sell SMS consent, phone numbers, mobile information, or text messaging opt-in data. We may share personal information, including mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help us provide messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, carriers, messaging aggregators, and vendors that assist with text message delivery, compliance, security, support, and recordkeeping. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to AutoRoute or the business using AutoRoute, not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, AutoRoute LLC may collect basic Google account information made available through Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, profile image, email verification status, and Google account identifier.

We use this Google user data to create and authenticate your AutoRoute LLC account, maintain your session, display account information, support team invitations and waitlist attribution, protect the Services from abuse, and provide customer support.

AutoRoute LLC does not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google product content unless we ask for additional permission and update this Privacy Policy first.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services; authenticate users; manage organizations and team invitations; schedule and route work; communicate with you; respond to support requests; analyze product performance; and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and optional tools

We use essential cookies and similar storage for security, sessions, and basic site behavior. We also offer optional cookie categories that you can accept, reject, or update through Cookie preferences.

Optional tools may include Crisp for support chat, Affonso for affiliate and referral attribution, and analytics tools that help us understand site usage. These optional tools load only when you accept the matching cookie category.

Sharing and transfer

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit-worthiness, or lending purposes.

We do not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, lead generation, or advertising purposes.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services, such as authentication, hosting, database, analytics, mapping, email delivery, SMS delivery, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards include HTTPS in transit, access controls, and provider security controls for data storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and how it is used.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also revoke AutoRoute LLC's access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions.

Children

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
