Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoRoute LLC's websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

If you use Google Sign-In, you authorize AutoRoute LLC to use the Google account information described in our Privacy Policy to create, authenticate, and manage your AutoRoute LLC account.

Acceptable use

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with other users' access, attempt to probe or breach security, reverse engineer the Services, or use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

SMS messaging

AutoRoute LLC may provide SMS features for transactional, service-related, account, customer support, and operational workflow messages. By providing a phone number, enabling SMS notifications, or otherwise opting in to SMS messaging through the Services, you agree to receive text messages related to the applicable service, organization, account, or workflow.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP and can opt back in by replying START. You can request help by replying HELP or contacting hello@getautoroute.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed, late, or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies and is based on service activity.

If you use AutoRoute to send messages to customers, team members, or other recipients, you are responsible for obtaining legally sufficient consent, honoring opt-out requests, and ensuring your message content complies with applicable law, carrier rules, these Terms, and our Privacy Policy.

Service changes

AutoRoute LLC may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. We may also update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Business contact details

If you provide a business email address or business phone number for your organization, AutoRoute LLC may display those details on your customer portal or include them in service-related messages so customers can contact your business about bookings or services.

Payments and processing fees

If you use the Services to collect customer payments through a connected payment provider, such as Stripe or Square, your use of that payment provider is also subject to the provider's own terms, fees, underwriting, settlement, dispute, and payout rules.

AutoRoute LLC may collect an AutoRoute processing fee or platform fee on payments processed through the Services. This AutoRoute fee is separate from any payment processing fees, network fees, chargeback fees, dispute fees, taxes, or other amounts charged by Stripe, Square, or another payment provider.

Unless AutoRoute LLC expressly states otherwise, payment provider processing fees and the AutoRoute processing fee are the responsibility of the business using the Services and may be deducted from the payment amount or payout proceeds. AutoRoute LLC does not currently require customers to pay a separate card surcharge through the Services unless that surcharge is clearly enabled, disclosed, and supported by the applicable payment provider.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoRoute LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Affiliate and Referral Program

If you participate in the AutoRoute Affiliate Program, your participation is also governed by the Affiliate Program Agreement, incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Affiliate Program Agreement controls.
